Who is Johan Lindmark
I live together with my wife and two children in a flat in the center of Trollhattan. Born and raised in a small village called Hallstahammar 20 km west of Vasteras.
I have always spent a lot of time in nature and its still a big part of my life, nowadays mostly in form of Geocaching, Disc golf, Photography, MTB and by harvesting the forest treasures.
Every autumn I try to pick approximately 50 liters of chanterelles to have during the remaining of the year. I love spending this time alone in the woods as it’s soothing for a stressed city soul.
(In Sweden we are allowed to pick mushrooms and berries that grow in all forests)
My wife and I love to cook delicious food and to enjoy it with a good wine, or even better together with good friends.
